What does Healthwise Medication Services Offer?

First and foremost Healthwise Medication Services is able to offer independent RMMRs performed by Certified Geriatric Pharmacists with over 15 years experience in Clinical Pharmacy. These reviews are performed in collaboration with the Residents General Practitioner (GP) and are funded federally through the Fifth Pharmacy Agreement.
